Higher, Faster, Stronger

Jump Training

Injury Prevention

Angela Beaupain, a sports physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning spe-cialist and I have created a unique, intense training program designed to improve speed and agility, build muscle strength, and increase your jumping ability. We will also give you a weekly home program and a comprehensive program so the girls have the tools to con-tinue the program throughout the summer. They also have a lot of fun while working hard!

This amazing 6 week course is dedicated to reducing the risk of injuries and is designed to fit the specific needs of female athletes.

There are a high number of female athletes that have knee injuries. This program will help prevent injuries by targeting specific muscles groups for strengthening and teaching prop-er technique for exercising.

This is designed for middle school and high school, and college athletes who want to pre-vent injuries and become better, stronger and faster!!

Pre and Post testing as well as fabulous prizes at the end of camp!
